How did Soulshine Wellness get started?

Hi, I'm Lauren Hundert. I'm a Certified Yoga Instructor and I created Soulshine Wellness in 2019. While running corporate yoga classes, I noticed there were a few people in the company that were not comfortable participating in physical activities with their colleagues. I had a thought - "Wouldn't it be cool if there was a business that brought a suite of wellness programs that companies could tailor toward the specific interests and needs of their staff?" And that's how it all began.  This is what sets Soulshine apart - we provide an array of impactful programs for the overall health and wellness of your workforce and workplace.

With over 20 programs (and growing!), Soulshine Wellness provides a safe space for employees and employers to learn, relax and grow together.

In a world where we are constantly accessible through technology, and now more than ever with at-home offices, we offer employers and employees the opportunity to step back from the stress and check in on their own well being. How We Work

Soulshine Wellness utilizes a vast network of health, wellness and other specialized professionals to bring the ultimate customized experience to each and every client and their teams.

We are available both online and in person to support you.

We provide all instructors, equipment and materials. You provide the participants. Services can be provided in your space, or online via Zoom. It truly is as easy as it sounds.

All client needs are different and our list of programs is vast. We encourage you to contact us so that we can work with you to tailor the programs that best suit the needs of your workforce.
